Shipping Carriers and Pricing

We use EVRI, DPD and DHL to deliver your orders safely and efficiently throughout the United Kingdom. Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and your location:

• Example of our Standard Delivery 
  • Up to 5kg: REDUCED from £8.99 £3.99
  • 5kg to 10kg: REDUCED from £10.99 £7.99
  • 10kg to 20kg: REDUCED from £15.99 £9.99
  • 20kg and above: REDUCED from £18.99 £14.99 and above depending on location

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process and dispatch your orders within 1-2 business days. The estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

• Standard Delivery : 2-5 business days

Packaging

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Policies

• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2 PM GMT will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
• Weekend and Bank Holiday Deliveries: Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only. Deliveries are not made on weekends or bank holidays.
• Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Fresh items will only be processed Monday – Thursday
