Cooking Instructions

1. Heat cooking oil in a pot.
2. Add chicken pieces and stir until they change color.
3. Add water and Malay Dry Curry mix. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30-45 minutes until chicken is tender.
5. Add carrots and potatoes, stirring well. Cook until vegetables are tender.
6. Add celery, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook for a few more minutes.
